Paper Submission & Review Policy

Authors are advised to submit original and unpublished work relevant to the conference theme.

The review process evaluates both the quality of writing and the scientific and technical impact of the work. Authors should clearly define the research problem, explain their contributions, justify the novelty of the work, and appropriately position it with respect to the state of the art. The Program Committee encourages submissions that present strong technical arguments supported by meaningful results.

Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is treated as serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism, and papers showing significant overlap with previously published or submitted work will be rejected.

Submission Guidelines

Regular Paper (8–15 pages):
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers aligned with the conference themes. Each submission should clearly identify the research problem, highlight the novelty and significance of the contribution, describe the methodology and experimental or theoretical framework, and compare the proposed approach with existing state-of-the-art techniques. Results should be presented clearly using appropriate figures, tables, and discussions, followed by well-structured conclusions outlining key findings, implications, and potential future research directions.

All submissions must strictly follow the formatting guidelines and instructions provided in the official conference template.

Important Note

Regardless of the submission type, authors are strongly advised to submit only original and unpublished work relevant to the conference themes.
